- RMRayshawndra Mitchell5 days ago1.0I am a black African-American woman I came in and I asked for help from Alberto a Spanish guy with glasses on in the middle of him taking me to get what I needed. A Spanish woman walked up to him and asked him for help. He immediately stopped helping me to help her. That was the rudest thing I’ve ever went through in my life and I will not be returning to Petco. I will not bring my dog back to Petco. They lost me as a customer. The worst service I ever received in my life.

After 20 minutes walking up and down the cat food aisles, I still had trouble finding what I needed, and the cashier when I mentioned my frustration to her had no help to offer or suggest. So while they have a huge selection Of cat food to choose from, the inadequate organization for kitten food made me want to go home and shop Amazon instead
