  SOO EXPENSIVE. I got there ten minutes before my appointment, booking online was all sorts of messed up, on their end despite answering all the questions the website gave me. It took an hour just for my cats to get to the backroom. Not only that but I booked an in room appointment and was told they aren’t doing that this morning which is alarming as a new patient to this practice, which they knew. I was offered their monthly pet plans that was going to be $40 a month per a cat, multiple times with no information if i could cancel it or not. My cats were back there for 30 mins, making the total time well over an hour and a half, with only one other dog being there. FVRCP vaccine was going to be at least $300 for two cats, and was told they need to do this test and that test and thats why it would be so much. Petco offers the same thing for $50. Also a dental cleaning was $400 per a cat, and just a simple nail trim was $25, on a cat…. Also my cat i think had a cat nail in his back, which i am grateful there was not a removal fee, but i was told at first it was just a scab, and then was told it was a nail, so i don’t know what it really was. Was not worth the free exam on first visit. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

  They work very messy, sometimes like a ear checking could take 2 hours waiting when is 10 min procedure.. also they don’t care if you show up in time for the appointment they make you wait regardless.. after 2 years visiting different locations this one is the worst . I am moving baby my medical issues to someone that care truly

  Very disappointed with my experience at Banfield. Yesterday, I was told to bring my dog in today to get her vaccine. I dropped her off early this morning expecting exactly that. Then, after keeping my dog there for six hours, they called me in the afternoon to say they would not give her the vaccine unless I renewed the wellness plan. This feels very misleading. Why tell me to bring my dog in for a vaccine, keep her there for six hours, and only then tell me I have to renew the plan first? To make matters worse, yesterday one person told me one thing, and today someone else told me something completely different. I lost practically my entire day due to poor communication and conflicting information from their own staff. After paying for this plan all year, I expected much better organization and service. After this experience, I will not be renewing my wellness plan with Banfield.
