  Absolutely the worse experience I’ve had at a veterinary hospital in my life. Terrible customer service, managers are never there or available to speak with you, and the most apathetic employee I’ve ever encountered. You would think the opposite but nooooo they are horrible. I think they are blood sucking vampires who want your money and don’t want to do their jobs. There are plenty of other options in the area. They have charged me for services that were not performed and when asked about it, with a snarky attitude from the front desk women, I was told to call the corporate office. I did call the corporate office, it took me over an hour to speak with someone, and they still charged me. They also didn’t want to cancel my subscription and are still charging me a monthly fee. I tried cancelling through my bank, and for some reason they have found another way to charge my card. I have contacted my bank and if my account is charged again I will have to call the authorities on them. The better business bureau has been notified and I hope they can help this business get reprimanded accordingly. Do yourself the favor and look else where for you pet to get the care they need!!!!!!

  We have had many pets come thru here, with various problems of their own. We have taken them to other vets and nothing really compares to the care and quality of the people that work here. Every time I make an appointment I specifically make sure the doctor is Dr. Monk. We’ve had other vets at different locations that weren’t bad, however the difference in quality of care is noticeable. He always teaches us new things about our pets and how we can fix problems that some of them have had for a while. The front desk technicians and all the other employees that help take care of our babies in between are also so amazing and welcoming.

  The staff at Banfield were amazing when our little doggie ate a sock and needed a major surgery to remove it from his stomach. They checked in on him for several days after and kindly helped us navigate a very scary experience.

  They took care of me at the last minute without an appointment—it was my first time at that location—and they welcomed me in a loving way for me and my pet
