- RBR B6 days ago1.0Let me save you time, money, frustration and most of your pet from this office. Recent visit regarding my dogs ears after a botched haircut at PetSmart. The tech that checks you in is more concerned about quoting fees for things no doctor has even seen. I was quoted a $60 test and it was 30 seconds into my visit. No looking at the dog or anything. Then being told the vet is doing surgeries this morning so leave your dog and we’ll get to him this afternoon. Then after saying this is ridiculous since I booked an appointment using their online system. They end up taking my dog in the back and quickly returning saying the test will take 30 mins. I wait. Then 30 mins later the vet walks in with a kind face and says the dog is fine but use these steroid drops. The hair is normal in his ears and no sign of infection. Two days pass and the dog is getting worse. We go to another vet and they say the exact opposite. His ears had massive hair inside his ear and the steroid couldn’t even get through the hair. So they had to remove the hair and was and it was a lot. So amazing to get a complete opposite solution however after my visit to another vet, my dog is doing great. So if you’re still reading this….don’t use this place. I never will again. Also requested to speak with office manager. She wasn’t available and it’s been 5 days since I requested a call. Nothing.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
