  Was there on Saturday with my dog and I want to thank the entire staff for their hospitality and knowledge . They have affordable packages and they are inside of Petco which makes traveling with my fur baby fun because we got to shop for treats and toys after his visit. Thanks

  Our first visit with my cat Grumpers and we couldn’t be happier. From beginning to end everyone was outstanding . Very happy to have found this clinic.

  The doctors simply did not seem to care about my precious girl Star who is a Tux Cat, and the entire experience made me feel like the staff hated their jobs. My cat needed X-rays, and from the moment we arrived, I felt like her care was not being taken seriously. The communication was also extremely difficult. The nurse who was assisting me did not speak English well, so throughout the entire appointment, she was trying to communicate with me through Google Translate. I understand that language barriers happen, but it made an already stressful situation even harder because I was trying my best to explain my cat’s symptoms and what was going on with her. I was then told that my cat needed X-rays and was given a price. When I asked questions because I was trying to understand whether pet insurance or any other options were available to help with the cost, I felt like there was absolutely no willingness to help or explain anything. It essentially felt like, “This is the price pay it or risk whatever is wrong with your pet.” When you are worried about your animal, that is an incredibly frustrating position to be put in. The doctor was also very rude and barely examined my cat. I left feeling like the entire visit had been a complete waste of my time and money. I ended up taking my cat to Banfield, and the experience was completely different. They had more affordable options, wellness plan options, treated my cat with care, actually took the time to see her, and she was able to receive her X-rays and additional care. Unfortunately, I will never bring another animal to Vetco again. When you take your pet to a veterinarian, you should feel like the people caring for them genuinely care about their well-being. I did not feel that way here.

  I brought my puppy in on Thursday and it was the best service I have ever gotten at a veterinary clinic. Super friendly and kind staff. They were very attentive to me and my baby and they even played with her for a little bit. Would totally recommend.
