  A Heartfelt Thank You I cannot say enough wonderful things about Skylake Animal Hospital and the incredible care they provide to Rango. From the moment he walks through their doors, I know he is in the best possible hands. I especially want to recognize Dr. Cooper, who has gone above and beyond for Rango. His knowledge, attentiveness, compassion, and genuine love for his patients are truly exceptional. He takes the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure Rango receives the very best care possible—day or night. What makes Dr. Cooper so special to me is that somewhere along the way, our veterinarian-client relationship became something much more meaningful. Dr. Cooper has become a dear friend, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have him not only caring for Rango, but also in our lives. His kindness and dedication have meant more to me than I can put into words. The entire team provides remarkable round-the-clock care and attention, and knowing that Rango is being watched over so carefully gives me tremendous peace of mind. They treat him like family, and that means everything to me. Thank you, Dr. Cooper, and the entire team, for loving and caring for my very special boy.   My name is Ray Mazuolis. I do have my two Jack russells registered with your hospital. This morning I brought one of them by name Mika. I did sign the charges without looking much at it because I was in shock because my dog I thought was dying. But when I came back home I realized that the charges are just outrageous. Copy of the bill will be attached. X-ray charges with consultation fees were already exceeding $400. Then it was $97 added as a stat fee radiology consultation. Which I never asked for. Even a Doctor Sara D'Argenio told me to go home and my results will be emailed me without certain time because it wasn't really important, because the dog was recovering already. I would be gone home but the doctor Sara told me to wait until she finish up preparing my medication. When the medication was ready the a radiology results came in. So why are you charging me $97 for STAT consultation when it's not. On the top of everything, your hospital haven't done nothing to my dog to stop shaking, hyperventilating and no explanation what's going on. I should just stayed home and my dog would recover by itself as it did this now. And the most ridiculous thing I ever seen is $44 charge for taking dogs blood pressure. Are you kidding me???????? Even in the humans hospital doctor's office the blood pressure measure is included in the consultation fee. Why are you trying to rip off your own customers???????? I am expecting to get a refund on those $97,$44. Also, $108 as promised by your management over the phone. Just think twice going to this animal medical facility thinking that everybody love your animals over there. No, they just think about money in your pockets
