After two of my dogs were adopted, I called on August 8 to request a refund for the two unused packages because a staff member had previously told me that I would be able to receive a refund. I never received a call back, email, or any follow-up regarding my request. When I called again to follow up, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund and that everything was stated on the website. There was no apology, no courtesy, and no attempt to help or explain why I had originally been given different information. The customer service was completely unacceptable. I feel like I was misled and that they only care about taking your money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to other pet owners.
