  My experience with DIAMOND WAS great I consider myself and Milo (my dog) lucky to find her there today.. Her knowledge about products was amazing. Did not push in any way, I just made my own decision base in every thing she explained. Sweet, polite, knowledgeable. She is in a good path for promotion. Oh, let’s no forget she is also very pretty.Thanks Diamond!

  I brought my dog, Milele, to Petco Grooming for a scheduled appointment and the experience was extremely frustrating and poorly handled from the start. At check-in, they immediately pointed out that she had matting. I explained I understood their concerns and was willing to bring her back after resolving it myself. Instead of helping clarify options, I was told they also could not proceed if her skin was red, which made the situation confusing and unclear as to what was even possible. They then suggested attempting to remove the mats, but only for about 15 minutes, and stated that if it didn’t work they would have to cut her hair. I explicitly said I did not want her hair cut. After that, the conversation ended abruptly. They told me everything was “fine,” canceled the check-in, and walked away without any real resolution or guidance. Overall, the communication felt disorganized, unhelpful, and dismissive. I left feeling like my time was wasted and my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this grooming service.

  Diamond has got to be the sweetest and most patient new assistant manager here. She’s so kind and knowledgeable, and was BEYOND patient with my autistic son, Ethan, who is verbal and doesn’t always speak the best, but tries his best. Somehow, he became very calm and happy in her presence when we were picking up a turtle a little over a week ago! She educated my sweet boy on how to care for and pet them, and even taught him how to know the difference in gender! She also got me signed up with Vital Premier, which is perfect since I’ll be returning very often. And her team does great work at being attentive to everyone who shops and so does she all while working. We paid a visit to the store today and thankfully she was there! She made our experience amazing. Thank you for your kindness, Diamond!! ❤️

  Came in for some puppies treats left with so much more. Diamond is the best I’m a new dog owner and was not really knowledgeable on what to give him and she gave me so much help with a lot from dog food to treats to even good recommendations for my new puppy. Love her super sweet and very patient. Will be coming here more frequently!
