  **Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service\.** The front desk staff were some of the most useless and unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with\. They were sitting around eating while customers waited, moving at a snail’s pace, and looking completely clueless about what they were doing\. It felt like nobody had a clue, nobody cared, and nobody had any sense of urgency whatsoever\. I stood there waiting while the front desk acted like they were on a lunch break instead of actually doing their jobs\. The level of laziness and incompetence was unbelievable\. If you don’t want to help customers, then why are you working at the front desk? Banfield needs to seriously retrain—or replace—this staff\. Paying customers deserve to be treated with some basic respect instead of being ignored while employees sit around eating and looking lost\. **Absolutely embarrassing\. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone\.**

  As a pet mom, I have a huge concern about trusting Banfield Pet Hospital. My experience was extremely disappointing. I made an appointment, but they scheduled me at the wrong location. After wasting my time driving there, they did nothing to take responsibility or try to resolve the issue. Instead, they simply told me to go to the other location because “it’s not that far.” What made this even more upsetting is that I have been taking my pet child to this same location for more than three years. Despite that history, they still transferred his records to another location, which made me feel like they were not paying attention to my pet’s care or my concerns. It left me with the impression that they simply didn’t care enough to verify where his records belonged or why they were being moved. The staff was rude, unorganized, and showed no respect for my time or for how frustrating the situation was. Customer service should be about helping find a solution when mistakes happen, but that was not my experience at all. As a pet parent, I expect compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. Pet parents, please be careful when choosing where to take your beloved pets. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

  Unfortunately this chain of animal hospitals which promises great customer service and lures you in with their seemingly affordable subscription services does not live up to expectations. They over book services because they expect all of the pet owners to drop off their pets and return later on. I have had to wait on multiple occasions more than an hour past the appointment time because they were too busy to see me and my pets on time. we are involved owners and prefer to be in the room during examinations, which until recently was the norm in my decades on dog ownership. they also will call and beg you to come in before the appointment time and when you show up even earlier than expected (which they expressly said was ok because they would get us in fast) they then to refuse to even check you in until the scheduled appointment time. This is clearly the result of larger corporations acquiring smaller vet hospitals and putting unrealistic performance indexes in place to maximize profitability while disregarding basic customer service and veterinary care. The one positive note is that they do employ vets and techs that care and we haven't had any issues with the care itself. but their corporate practices are absolutely horrendous. we will be completing this subscription annual cycle and then moving to a local, independently owned practice.
