- MMMaria Cecilia MauricioOct 3, 20261.0WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I made an online appointment for a room-in visit at 11:30 AM. When I arrived exactly on time, the appointment was not honored. I was told that mornings were for drop-offs only and that I had to leave my cat there until at least 1:30 PM because the veterinarian was going to lunch at 12:00. The photo shows the appointment details and the parking ticket showing the exact time I arrived. I made the trip specifically for the appointment I had scheduled, yet instead of acknowledging the scheduling error and finding a solution, they made me waste my time and unnecessarily stressed my cat. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of the situation.

Steve with my babies just amazing. Always carding. The doctor always calls with updates. And I feel they do care about my girls. Couple of hiccups here and there but I’m very happy going there and will continue to go.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
