- BFBelkis FerreraOct 7, 20261.0Llevo desde el 2013 llevando a mis gatos y tenía la mejor opinión de esta clínica pero el pasado 30 de septiembre llevé a mis dos gatos, uno con sobrepeso y el otro con un problema en el oído q nunca se lo han curado completamente, la doctora me dio una lista de todo lo q le iban a hacer y el precio, se los llevaron y no volví a ver a la doctora, regresó la enfermera con la receta y el medicamento sin decirme el resultado de los análisis, le habían hecho un raspado en el oído q yo autorice, por supuesto no me dijeron el resultado, solo me sacaron a pagar y no sé nada más y me costó $521.60, no lo llevo más a esa clínica y le voy a quitar el plan salud q pago mensualmente $35.95. Estoy muy muy decepcionada, por más q le pregunté a la enfermera me decía q todo estaba en los papeles q me estaba dando y no fue así, muy mala atención.

Este vez y su asistente Mayra Álvarez lo atendieron muy profesionales y amables , volveré pero solo cuando ellas estén trabajando porque en verdad son 5 estrellas , fueron tan dulce en su trato y amables k quedé encantada con su atención,,,gracias por existir personas como ustedes, Dios las bendiga abundantemente!
- AAAriAug 20, 20262.0I’ve been bringing my dog(s) here for several years and Dr. Estevez is very good. She seems to genuinely care for animals. However, the customer service has SEVERELY declined. The receptionist (Mary) is unprofessional, seems distracted almost? And everything takes FOREVER. I understand there are circumstances but every time I call, I end up hanging up and having to go in person to resolve my questions. EVERY. TIME. I’m considering just cancelling my wellness plan for both of my dogs and finding an alternative elsewhere. This is beginning to not be worth it. Between the expenses and the horrible customer service, I’ve had enough.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
