Today I went back to the store to buy more items, but I was not in the system. The employee didn’t seem to care at all and made no effort to find a solution, so I lost the points I had accumulated on my loyalty card. If you don’t care about losing two customers, then I definitely won’t care about choosing Petco again and I will shop at another pet store instead.

No puedo creer que se sigan comercializando peces y menos en tuppers. No estoy de acuerdo con las peceras pero lo mas triste fue ver esos peces solos a la venta casi al borde de la muerte en un recipiente. Deberia estar prohibido. En argentina esto es inadmisible. Merecen que nadie mas compre aca!

But since we started going to Petco to see Allison, my dog literally runs to greet her instead! It makes me feel so much better about leaving her. On top of the amazing care, Allison does an incredible job cutting and styling. My dog looks amazing every single time and leaves with the perfect teddy bear cut. Highly recommend!
