- VVVictoria VillamedianaJul 4, 20262.0The customer service leaves much to be desired, if you have a register with self check out, it’ll be the same, kind of lifeless… also, I was very disappointed that I organize my day after making an appointment for cat grooming, made it directly through the app, and turns out that when I got there, they only do dog grooming, no service at all for cats, I can understand that they don’t , but at least remove the option from the app so we don’t waste our time going over there.

Today I went back to the store to buy more items, but I was not in the system. The employee didn’t seem to care at all and made no effort to find a solution, so I lost the points I had accumulated on my loyalty card. If you don’t care about losing two customers, then I definitely won’t care about choosing Petco again and I will shop at another pet store instead.
