Tech service is very good. Vet service is ok. Price for Simparica Trio is grossly inflated! If I hadn't already paid for the puppy plan for the year I would go elsewhere. The overall feeling is commercial like.

Vet required xray when he knew we needed an mri or ct scan to see the soft tissue as we knew this was not a bone issue. Instead of referring to the correct people, he just wanted to get paid. Very disappointed in the non care given.

I have visited this location many years ago and had a okay experience. My cat got suddenly sick so I decided to give them another shot and wow - what a nice turn around at that clinic. The doctor treated my cat properly and he has made a full recovery. My technician (she had a lot of tattoos, I forgot her name) but she was so sweet and attentive and answered all of our questions. Would recommend and will definetely continue to have his services done here!

Thank you, Vetco Team! We had to take our 2-year-old Mini Goldendoodle, Sprinkles, to Vetco Total Care for a urinary issue, and we are so grateful for the care we received. Dr. Wagner was incredibly thorough and informative throughout the entire process. He always took the time to call us personally, explain the results, and walk us through the next steps, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. We also want to give a special thank-you to Ann Marie for her patience and for helping us understand our financial options. We are so happy that she recommended the Vital Care Premier monthly plan. It has truly been a lifesaver, especially since we had to visit the clinic about five times in the past month. Thanks to the Vital Care Premier benefits and rewards points, we were even able to have our entire 90-day antibiotic prescription covered! Thank you again to the entire Vetco team for your compassion, professionalism, and support. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done for Sprinkles and our family. ❤️🐾

I brought my pet here for a recheck after an emergency clinic visit. He needed a bandage change and the doctor on staff said that he wouldn't do it based on prior instances with another patient being bandaged incorrectly. We were turned away immediately. I was extremely disappointed with this treatment. It seems like the veterinarian on staff was completely incompetent to do a simple bandage change. I have 12 years experience in the veterinary field as a technician in the past and never in my 12 years have I ever seen a doctor turn away a bandage change regardless of if it was a break or if it was an open wound. If I had the means and the help to do this myself, I would but now I'm at emergency clinic to get it done paying three times as much. So unless you're planning on bringing your animal for just vaccines or a regular physical then I would not bring them to this location I would choose a more adequate vet.
