  Check on Dakota. She made our shopping trip/purchases seem like inconvenience. I asked about a military discount and she said "we don't do that here". She was completely bothered that we purchased items at your store.

  This Petco location is very well kept and clean. There are lots of animals, a veterinary clinic, toys, enclosures, equipment, and an insane amount of pet food options. This place has it all!

  We recently went in to get a new ID tag made for our puppy. The cashier who helped us was very nice, knowledgable and it made us feel very valued!!!

  I subscribed less than a month ago for vaccine and deform to my pet and became a member with my phone number, then I accumulated $5.00 reward in my account. Last night, I needed to buy the deworm Prazyquantel for my cat, 3 tablets, Elanco. In all internet, including on PetCo website it cost $19.99 and as soon as I typed my phone number on cashier, a female attendant told about that credit. However after had paid, the original price in the receipt was $24.99 Five dollars extra plus $2 tax and at the end I paid $21.99 Someone took those $5.00 reward. It's few but if the store can't be honest in small things I can imagine if this company really cares about our pets. I didn't get any advantage in my own reward for had bought before. The system increased the price to keep the normal price with a $5.00 discount. Unbelievable! A male attendant came to help the cashier but he refused to fix the mistake and was forcing me to believe the regular price is $24.99 but in the own PetCo website it's not in sale as he mentioned and cost $19.99 same price as Walmart and another brands. Despicable the fact that this male attendant refused to fix the own system cashier and provide the price $19.99 - $5,00 + Tax. I supposed has paid around $17 Very dishonest from PetCo and staff. They don't care about costumers.
