- AFAnna FosterOct 1, 20261.0Stay away from this clinic if you care about your pet or your wallet. They seem to only care about racking up your bill and very little about your pet’s wellbeing. Within the first few minutes and before they even acknowledged my dog, they were recommending plans and additional add ons for *only hundreds of dollars more.* I would not have come to this clinic if my other vet had been opened (we were there for a hematoma over the weekend). After the vet looked at my dog and called to tell me what they saw, again they tried adding on hundreds of dollars more for unnecessary items or tests. Follow-up exams are not included, again more additional fees. When the hematoma came back after a few weeks and I called to ask what the vet recommends, I did not get a response back for over 24 hours. I’m sure there are good techs who care deeply for their clients, but as a clinic it is very money-oriented and low quality of care.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
