  This location used to be great, but lately they have become absolutely terrible. We have been coming to this specific location for 6 years, so it’s extremely disappointing to see how much things have changed. The worst part is the lack of transparency about treatment costs. We were not told about additional charges upfront, and then were hit with costs we were never made aware of. It feels extremely misleading and dishonest. When your pet is sick and you’re already worried, the last thing you should have to deal with is hidden or unexpected charges. It honestly feels like making money has become more important than being upfront with pet owners and providing compassionate care. After 15 years of having our pet on their Wellness Plan, and 6 years of coming to this location, we will NOT be renewing. We have completely lost trust in Banfield and will be finding a local, family owned veterinarian who values honesty, transparency, and the well being of our pet over making money. After being loyal customers for this long, this experience has been beyond disappointing. We will not be returning. DO NOT bring your pets here!

  Had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 for my dog upon arrival was told that all the rooms were full and once was open she would check me in. About 5 minutes passed and she told me that they couldn’t see my dog unless I dropped him off which I didn’t want to do so I had scheduled an in room appointment. My pet was sick and needed care same day had to leave and book an appointment at a different company since they don’t honor their appointments. Wouldn’t recommend, waste of time and gas.

  I’ve trusted Banfield Pet Hospital with all of my pets for over 10 years, and I can’t recommend them enough. The wellness care plans make routine veterinary care much more affordable, which has been a huge help over the years. The staff genuinely cares about the health and well-being of my pets, and I always feel confident they’re receiving excellent care. I’ve never had any issues and truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism they show every visit.

  1000/10 I nightly recommend. I really enjoy my experience every time I go there. Dr.Cancel is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor.
