  Banfield has been taking care of my furbaby since he was a puppy. He is 2 yrs old as of today and I couldn’t be more thankful of the care he receives from the Banfield staff. His doctor is Dr Ho. I can’t recall everyone’s name but from the front desk to the techs everyone is thorough. They explain everything and listen with care. This is the 2nd pet they too care of. My first pet of 17 yrs was also cared for by Banfield. So yes I would highly recommend them.

  Do not go here! I would give zero stars if I could. I had an appointment for both my cats. I had email confirmation. I was told I wasn’t in the system and there is glitch. They said the doctors were in surgery and couldn’t do it for several hours. I am not leaving my cats there for several hours for no reason. It was hard enough getting them in their carriers. I just took them home and going to find another place. They did nothing to help me, this is their problem. I will never go back

  Don’t ever bring your dog for anything serious here or don’t even bring your dog here AT ALL. My black lab Dio Lampo had a tumor. They said it was arthritis in his paw and kept giving him shots for the pain for over a year. They never cared to look any deeper. It was cancer. A tumor on his shoulder. Now it has spread everywhere and there is nothing we can do. This tumor could have been caught earlier when we could have done something about it. I brought him to BluePearl and it was caught immediately and we got referred to the Animal Cancer Care Center. This was all Banfield. Now there is nothing we can do and I’m going to lose my baby. They don’t care about you or your dog here. It is the McDonalds of veterinarians. This place might be only good for vaccines and maybe basic checks. Anything more you should go to A REAL VET!

  This review is specifically addressing Veronica. My dog has been a patient at Banfield Lauderhill for years, and the service has been generally good. Since I don’t usually write reviews, I was never compelled to write one until we met Veronica. My dog is 10 with a difficult personality and a heart condition. On the second visit she remembered who he was, how he was, his need, and found a way to deal with him. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful, and seeing her there during our visits puts me at ease.

  My dog came in for a dental cleaning, and the medical staff was great. I was told he would be monitored after anesthesia, and since I added another service, I assumed his original 3:30 pickup time had changed. I called at 3:56 PM, was told he was ready, and said I was on my way. At 4:06 PM, Maks called questioning where I was, asking my location and how long it would take me to get there, even though I had just spoken with someone 10 minutes earlier. His tone was rude, demanding, and made me feel like I was being interrogated. I understand pickup policies, but there is a professional way to speak to customers. The rest of the staff was pleasant, but my interaction with Maks left a very negative impression.
