Since I don’t usually write reviews, I was never compelled to write one until we met Veronica. My dog is 10 with a difficult personality and a heart condition. On the second visit she remembered who he was, how he was, his need, and found a way to deal with him. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful, and seeing her there during our visits puts me at ease.

I was told he would be monitored after anesthesia, and since I added another service, I assumed his original 3:30 pickup time had changed. I called at 3:56 PM, was told he was ready, and said I was on my way. At 4:06 PM, Maks called questioning where I was, asking my location and how long it would take me to get there, even though I had just spoken with someone 10 minutes earlier. His tone was rude, demanding, and made me feel like I was being interrogated. I understand pickup policies, but there is a professional way to speak to customers. The rest of the staff was pleasant, but my interaction with Maks left a very negative impression.

- BEBarry ErensJul 11, 20261.0They misdiagnosed my dog and gave me improper medication. Brookside Animal Hospital in coral springs immediately giving relief for my dog . Don't ever use Banfield. They are only a bandaid clinic. They also are way overpriced for the little they can do. They are not good at what they do. They don't deserve to be in business!!! You've been warned now. If you truly love your pet then find a reputable one like Brookside in Coral Springs on wiles road. You'll thank me later 💋

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
