The wellness plan is ridiculous. My mother has had multiple pets with Banfield for over a decade. She was incapacitated and had to give away the pets a couple months ago. I noticed that they were still charging her, so I called to cancel, hoping they would refund the portion of the fees for when she no longer had the pets. Boy was I wrong. They canceled the plans, but they charged her cancelation fees because the pets had received services within a certain period and we had to either pay for those services or pay the remainder of the plan's period. This is not the sort of treatment you want your mother to receive, especially since she's been hospitalized 5x in the past year and is now incapacitated, with other ballooning costs for her own Healthcare. Be weary of this plan, and if you need real pet insurance, research something else, because when your loved pets are knocking in deaths door, they will send you off to Blue Pearl, which will drain your family's finances (and future) when you are most emotionally vulnerable. God bless America, except for certain things like... Affordable care for your animals... While someone drives off in a luxury vehicle. This isn't to knock the employees of this location. They don't make the rules and most of them have been good.

Mutilated my dog severely. Staff is unprofessional and uncaring. Had to take my dog to an emergency hospital due to his injuries from them. Maybe a Golden retriever was too much for them. I wish I could attach a picture of it.

I had a disappointing experience when taking my cat for a routine check up. The visit felt rushed; even though I had to wait almost 30 minutes after the set appointment time to see a vet. Prices on over-the-counter items were noticeably inflated. The worst part was having my appointment canceled on a previous day, while I was already there waiting to be seen. Do not buy their subscription based care package, total scam. Overall, very frustrating and not worth it.

There is a lack of professionalism. A very bad bedside manner. I was pretty shocked at the Vet's demeanour and what he said about my pet. I've had a lot of pets and been to several different vets in different states. It blows my mind when a medical professional is rude. It makes me sad. I honestly don't need to deal with this kind of attitude, I pay enough $ as it is. I won't use this vet again.
