More importantly, my pets have been treated as if they belong to the team at Largo. The concern and caring is amazing. Awesome experience each and every time!

The establishment's waiting area was clean, and when I asked to drop my cat off today and go over the questions over the phone due to a work meeting, they happily accommodated me. This meant a lot to me because it respects the pet owner's time and really demonstrates compassion. The vet herself clearly takes her field very seriously and treats all her animal patients as individual pets, not just a number on a chart. In my opinion, that is astoundingly rare in the medical field as a whole, and something I personally commend her for. Sheogorath's care was taken seriously, while the team was also understanding of our budget, checking in whenever additional testing or medications were needed. It's very refreshing, especially in today's economy, to see a veterinary office so considerate of a very real hardship many people are facing and so communicative about costs with the owner. We will definitely be returning to this Banfield. I truly appreciate everything Dr. Schimmel and the entire team have done for Sheo and I.

Both times i’ve taken my dog here i’ve had to wait 30 minutes to even an hour to be seen. The first time I took her here they told me they were very behind schedule and tried to get me to reschedule or go to a different location, that didn’t work out so i ended up waiting over an hour to be seen after my scheduled appointment. By looking at other reviews and using my own experience this seems to be a consistent issue so im just confused how this hasn’t been resolved yet as it’s very inconsiderate of people’s time. I don’t recommend coming here if you have a tight schedule.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
