  Without a doubt, one of the best chicken meals I've had in Lakeland! I ordered the 3-piece Hot Tenders, and I was blown away by the size of the tenders alone. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, incredibly juicy and tender on the inside, and made with fresh, high-quality chicken. The Hot seasoning definitely packs some serious heat, but the creamy blue cheese cooled everything down perfectly and made every bite even better. I also tried the jalapeño cream corn and the corn slaw, and both were delicious. The cream corn was rich, creamy, and had just the right kick of spice, while the corn slaw was fresh, flavorful, and unlike anything I've had before. What truly earned this place five stars was the outstanding customer service. I was dining with my service dog, and the staff couldn't have been more respectful or knowledgeable. They understood he was working, never attempted to pet or distract him, and instead complimented how well-behaved and focused he was. It's refreshing to visit a restaurant where the staff understands proper service dog etiquette while still making both handler and dog feel genuinely welcome. Amazing food, generous portions, friendly staff, and an atmosphere that made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Lovebird's Almost Famous Chicken has definitely earned a repeat customer, and I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

  Wendy did an amazing job fitting Lambchop for a muzzle and showing me the proper way of putting it on. She also sold me some calming drops for him. She's awesome 💯! Thank you Wendy!

  Esta es la segunda vez que tengo una experiencia muy negativa en esta tienda. Fui sola a comprar comida para uno de mis animales y me di cuenta de que habían llegado más axolotes. Me emocioné mucho porque mi hijo está de cumpleaños y pensé que sería una hermosa sorpresa llevar otro a casa. Ya tengo axolotes desde hace aproximadamente un año, por lo que conozco sus cuidados y cuento con experiencia manteniéndolos. Cuando le comenté al empleado que necesitaba algunos accesorios adicionales, como un filtro adecuado, me indicó que debía comprar otra pecera. Aunque ya tenía una en casa, estuve dispuesta a comprar lo que fuera necesario. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos al área de filtros, no tenían disponible uno apropiado para el tamaño de la pecera y solo había modelos mucho más grandes. Le pregunté si podía recomendarme otra opción o verificar en otra tienda, pero en lugar de ayudarme, me respondió que no me vendería el animal hasta que tuviera todo exactamente como él decía. Entiendo perfectamente que quieran asegurarse de que los animales vayan a hogares adecuados y estoy de acuerdo con eso. Lo que no entiendo es la falta de disposición para orientar, ayudar o buscar soluciones cuando un cliente está tratando de hacer las cosas correctamente. Sinceramente, no recomiendo comprar animales en esta tienda. He tenido más de una mala experiencia con el mismo empleado y siempre parece estar de mal humor. Da la impresión de que cualquier excusa es suficiente para negarte una venta. Incluso para animales pequeños, las exigencias parecen exageradas y poco razonables. En lugar de orientar al cliente o ayudar a encontrar soluciones, la actitud es simplemente decir que no. Mi hijo ya ni siquiera quiere entrar a esta tienda porque cada vez que vamos terminamos teniendo una mala experiencia. Es una lástima, porque los animales son hermosos, pero el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Salí muy decepcionada. Lo que debía ser una sorpresa especial para el cumpleaños de mi hijo terminó siendo una experiencia frustrante. Espero que la gerencia tome en cuenta las quejas de los clientes y revise la manera en que algunos empleados tratan a los clientes, porque una buena experiencia es tan importante como el bienestar de los animales.

  Petco’s fishes are nice and healthy, they don’t die right after you get them like their competitor. Certain things are highly priced. I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve gone that there are no associates around to help with the fishes and even anywhere around the store. And it seems like they don’t want to be there, they don’t seem friendly and pleasant, and unapproachable. This makes it difficult when you go into the store needing help and they are bothered by you requesting help.

  Pathetic that I couldn't get one employee to go to the back of the store and check and see if dog food that I use came in on the order or even find me a manager... they both said they were too busy stocking shelves and that the managers were too busy too (they wouldn't even find me a manager after I repeatedly asked) I spend over $300 a week on Orijen wet dog food and about $500 total on cat food and bird food... Please find employees that actually are aware of why they have a job... heading to South Lakeland to a store that values their customers. SMH!
