  Very knowledgeable sales personnel. Found what I wanted, purchased and left within 5 minutes. And a very nice employee loaded a heavy item in my car without me having to ask!

  As a long time Petco customer and rewards member, the grooming department leaves a lot to be desired. I'm used to other locations where I'm immediately greeted and have never been turned down for walk-in service for my dog, which usually takes 10 minutes max for his teeth brushing and nail trimming. This was not the case here. After having to contact a manager, a harrowed employee appeared from the back and stated there are only 2 groomers at this location and she is the only one that works on Sundays and could not possibly stop what she was doing and assist. I was made to feel very unwelcome, a stark contrast to my experiences at other locations. I would never feel comfortable bringing my dog here again and I suggest that Petco hire other groomers for this location and/or make it clear that walk-ins are not welcome at this particular store! I will be contacting Corporate since, based on other 1 star reviews, store management hasn't been correcting any issues with the grooming department!

  Great location. Always have what I want in stock and good service. I use store pickup quite often there.

  It was a great visit, Brianna was super knowledgeable and Ken was amazing as well. This will be my go-to store going forward!!

  I went in to purchase cat food and saw signs of extra 50% off clearance items on a cart. I asked the cashier if the 50% comes off the price listed she said yes. After digging through the boxes and finding what i wanted there, i got to the register to check out and the 50% didn't come off then she said. She thinks the price listed is the 50% off price her mistake. The prices are regular prices for the items i selected. She didn't look into it and did not try to make things right.
