- EREric Reiner2 days ago3.0The Royal Canin cat food was $1 more a bag than Pets Mart just a few miles away. Staff was trying their best to be helpful looking for another item needed, but it came down to reading labels before I decided which product was appropriate. Convenient location.
- SSSEWJun 17, 20262.0Place was clean, good selection of pet products. Unfortunately, dead fish lingering at bottom of some aquariums... Cashier had ZERO customer service experience or wherewithal to handle customers directly in front of him at the register, waiting to check out. Instead, stayed on a phone call with someone wanting to make a return, yet admitting not knowing how to do so, and then tapping the credit card/point of sale machine so customers would pay while he stayed on the phone. Witnessed a client not even know how much her total was at time of "tapping" by cashier and she decided to not make the purchase. Never spoke to me when I went through the "tapping of the machine because he was too busy on the phone" procedure; figured out my total on my own because I was never told, either. Just made the overall experience unpleasant. Not once did any employee walk through and/or ask if I needed help or had any questions. And an employee had their phone alarm going off for, literally, almost 10 MINUTES before enough customers were groaning from the aisles to shut the darn thing off!
