Horrible horrible service!!!! These people in that office don’t have a clue how to run a business! I’ve had nothing but headaches with this office since day 1 and it’s been 8 months already! The office manager Bobbi doesn’t respond emails and just sends employees from the office to call and give lame excuse all the time.I will be getting in contact with corporate.

I came in with an appointment I schedule online on the app, because I had the day off from work and I decided to make a last minute appointment to get him seen for his check up. The app allowed me to schedule the appointment for the service needed and it showed in room appt availability, but when I came in I was told other wise. They only had dropped off appointments. Even tho I had called earlier about the appointment because my other pet was showing due for services he had already received so I called to confirmed before bringing him in. I spoke with someone who had seen both of the appointments and the way there where schedule online and the person didn’t told me anything. I made the 30 minutes drive to the office for the appt. Only to be told that I can either dropped him off but I might not be called until after 3pm for pick up, which is not what I was counting on. Or that I could schedule an appt for 3pm for an in room visit. Since I also had questions for the provider I decided to just schedule to come back at 3pm. But it is frustrating and inconvenience that I have to drive 30 minutes back home and then 30 minutes back at 3pm just because they have a glitch on the availability of scheduling online and don’t have staff that can catch this things because patients come in to try to get this resolved before patients have to be inconvenienced by this. I did not give a less than 3 starts because the doctors had been very helpful as far as explaining things clear, which at another Banfield pet clinic I had been prior they said they talked to me in detailed about something that they didn’t really do and only gave me an information sheet to take home and read about it. I know that situations do happen, but this is when it comes down to having a properly trained staff to review schedules through the day and pay attention to this type of details.

I did have a lot of miscommunication with this office, but they did reach out and solve the issue. I appreciate Will Marie for listening to me and helping me out. I was really frustrated with the situation, but she made it so much easier. Katie whom called me back and confirmed along with the doctor whom left a personal number. Just to make sure I had no more issues. I really do appreciate the help on a latest frustraring day.

Would not recommend this location. They are money hungry unfortunately and it seems like that’s all they care about. Dr. Stephanie was beyond unprofessional. My cat came in with an Asthma flare up and She told me that my cat had liver disease and wasn’t going to live long, i took my cat to an emergency vet afterwards and the vet literally laughed after looking at the bloodwork. He and his colleagues weren’t worried at all about that. Will never bring my pet back here. There are so many better more affordable options out there.

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an in-office appointment, not a drop-off. After I arrived, I spent about 20 minutes completing registration and forwarding all of my cat's medical records. Only then did the staff tell me they were taking my cat to the back.
I explained that I had scheduled an in-office appointment, and they said they "should have called" to let me know it would be a drop-off, but no one ever did. I had taken time off from work specifically for this appointment, and instead of trying to fix their mistake, they simply told me I would have to reschedule for another day.
Why wasn't I told this when I first arrived, before wasting my time with paperwork? This office has no respect for their clients' time and showed a lack of professionalism and communication. I chose not to leave my cat because I don't trust a veterinary office that is run this way.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
