  Not much communication or listening and only traumatized a cat who I have worked so hard to gain trust. Never again.

  Very satisfied with the quality of care my dog received. I appreciate the time the vet spent explaining our dog Murphy's health and possible concerns. This was a good visit all the way through. Thank you.

  This is the worst place on earth. They killed my cat back in December. They got me to sign up for a plan, and then charged me $300 for a medication she should have NEVER BEEN GIVEN. She bled out on my kitchen floor because if it. I'm still traumatized from how violent she died. They were trying to collect money from me for MONTHS, even after I told them what happened and to just please cancel my plan and leave me alone. I wasn't going to leave a review like this, but no one should be going through what they put me through. They sent me to collections because I refused to pay them for KILLING MY BABY GIRL. I'm still angry and shattered over it. They're money-grubbing, corporate demons. I hate you, Banfield. If you love your animals, avoid this place like the plague.

  Edit- brought my cat to another vet she infact DOES have a bad uti which was my concern for her. So at this point my cat's health was in major risk for incompetence of a vet. Came with Ezra pretty annoyed I wasn't made aware before showing up they cant get urine from a pregnant cat and I NEEDED to bring it in to get the test done. I felt judged about my choices with my pet and somehow the vets couldnt even look into my last visit.I was not told at all how to get a fresh sample for the apt and now wasted 70 dollars for them to throw my concerns in the trash and judge shes pregnant in first place when that is not the job. Also shoved her pretty fast into her carrier bc she got slightly aggressive bc they must have pressed on her babies wrong and did not try any treats, not even the ones i brought. I WILL NOT be back to this vet because now my cat was unnecessarily stressed going to this apt which puts kittens at more risk

  If I could give a zero, I would, they were charging a wellness plan on a dead dog for over a year to a senior citizen with cancer and we’re trying to charge her even after she had passed. When I called him about it, they gave me some number that didn’t even respond. They are a scamming place to take your pets! Don’t do it!
