  My Yorkie Moka had vaccinations administered for the first time at Vetco and the experience was amazing. Love the details such as the peanut butter to distract him. Everyone was so pleasant and caring. Thank you all for an incredible experience.

  toia and the doctor, i didnt get her name, were very very sweet to my babies, i brought in 3 cats and they were thoroughly attentive to each. toia was extremely informative and explained everything to me perfectly

  Cici and everyone at the clinic was amazing! The doctor was super friendly and helpful and everyone really cared about my dog. They always talked to me about the plan of action before doing it. They were all fantastic! Highly recommend them!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience at Vetco! Cic was amazing and really helped us out with our puppy. They took the time to answer every question we had, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on and what we needed to do moving forward. We never felt rushed, and you could tell they genuinely cared about our dog. We really appreciate the patience, knowledge, and great customer service. Thank you, Cic and the Vetco team!

  Terrible experience here. As soon as they heard that I was redeeming a coupon for a free pet exam, they tried to tell me that my kitten has worms. That he needs to be dewormed and have a fecal sample. This was done after the vet examined him for 10 seconds. He’s an 11 week old kitten who had just gotten dewormed at the shelter I adopted him from. They then tried to charge me $200 for the dewormer and fecal sample. I knew they were lying. I know what a kitten is like if they have worms. They said his stomach was distended, but didn’t listen when I tried to explain that we just got him a couple days prior and he hadn’t been really eating yet cause he was still adjusting. The vet completely ignored it all. It was very clear to me that they just wanted to make me spend money, so I declined getting the dewormer because I was going to go to another vet. As soon as I said that, the demeanor of the vet tech and everyone else changed. They treated me like I’m a horrible pet mother because I didn’t want to spend unnecessary money. I took my kitten to another vet, who did the testing for free, and verified my cat DOES NOT HAVE WORMS. And his distended stomach was from him not eating for multiple days. Just like I thought. So, in short, Vetco tried to tell me I’m a terrible pet mom because I didn’t waste $200 on stuff my kitten does not need. They also tried to tell me that my kitten needs to get his rabies shot that same day. He’s 3 pounds. A kitten must be 4 pounds for that. It’s a good thing I knew that! I can’t imagine what might’ve happened if I let them give him the vaccine. Overall, the veterinarian here was not very professional and neither was the vet tech. They cared far more about making money than even considering me or my new baby. Do not go here. I took my cat to the VCA hospital in Lake Wales, which was so much better.
