  We have been taking our 12 yr old pit mix here for almost two years and we are always happy with our experience. Alexis is our favorite vet tech. Our boy absolutely loves her and even if she’s not a vet tech, she always takes the time to come visit him and catch up with us. Dr. Soto, Mariah and Brandon have also been amazing. We have never felt taken advantage of or pressured here like we have at other Veterinary offices.

  if you care about your animals don’t go here, i for one will not be going back. my healthy cat needed bloodwork and a rabies vaccine and somehow they gave him sepsis. i do not know if they work in dirty conditions or re-use supplies on animals but my cat almost died. when I called to ask questions thinking that maybe my cat was having a reaction to the rabies vaccine I was told I would be given a call back. they never called back. in fact they told me they had no record of me calling even though i sent them a photo of the. call record from saturday morning. was told that saturdays are busy and would not have had time to answer my call. was also told it’s the “call centers” fault…. the whole situation was very mishandled and has caused me almost 3000 is emergency vet bills. STAY AWAY FROM VETCO

  The doctor was nice to us, but everything with them seemed very rushed and were quick to leave the room. Also, the lady at the front desk always just seems very annoyed and is not friendly to the guest. Seems like we were a nuisance the minute we got in.

  The staff was very patient with us and wanted to know all details about my cat's lifelong health. I find that many doctors do not take the time, so I greatly appreciate the overall attitude of this location's staff. However, it would be helpful if the cost for the visit was not charged. Instead it could be waived for a new patient visit or waived because we are spending a lot in blood tests, etc.

  I really adore the team at Vetco. They are all so sweet and patient with my anxious girl. Great communication and love that I can easily text with questions. I especially love Dr. Soto, for his thoroughness and kind care. Thank you Vetco team, your hard work and thoughtfulness does not go unnoticed.
