  Worst place to take your pet!!! This place is a complete scam. My cat was seen for an ear infection told they didn't have the antibiotics prescribed and I would need to come back to pick them up. I arrived exactly as told on the day I was expected just to be told that I would have to pay for another exam and more diagnostics because its a different vet today.They had everything in the system.Absolutely unprofessional and confirms they are only out for money and could care less about your pets or their customers. No way I was paying double and being treated so poorly. Horrible experience and terrible vet.Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place and uncaring vet! They will only try to rob you blind! This place shouldn't be allowed to operate

  Dont you love when a vet uses your pet as a pawn to make as much money off of you as possible? No? Yea, me either. My mother in law took her cat in for an ear infection with a coupon for a free visit. How lucky! She was going to be able to get "amazing" care for a cheaper cost. Boy was she wrong. The visit was free, but the swab for the ear was 70 dollars, oh and thats not all... 7 dollars for a disposal fee? Interesting way to suck as much money out of someone for simply throwing something away. It doesnt end there. The vet on hand prescribed antibiotics that coincidentally expire after 7 days. My mother in law had a weekend trip to go on and wouldnt be able to keep a consistent treatment for her cat, so she decided to leave the prescription until she returned, then came the biggest issue. She went to pick up the prescription and was told she needed to pay for an entire new visit because Guess what "There's a different vet" Huh? What? I thought we were in a digital age where records are kept on the computer and physical scripts were a thing of the past... It turns out they have the record but the new vet refuses to fill the script because? Who knows! Your guess is as good as mine. After standing up for her right to service, they agreed to waive the fee and see her cat again. Poor little cat has bad anxiety so my mother in law is livid at this point, but still hoping to get her little old man some relief for his ears. This vet had a different plan, immediately upon entering the prompted my mil a $40 rabies vaccine Yes you read that right FORTY DOLLARS FOR A RABIES VACCINE They would only see him if she paid for that Hmmm seems suspicious How sketchy. Dont trust these people they dont care about your pet, just money. She made a new appointment on monday with her usual wonderful vet Dr James segota at arc animal hospital. $40 visit fee, not rabies vaccine, hes compassionate and funny. Do yourself a favor and avoid vetco.

  My Yorkie Rozy has been getting care at tha Vetco clinic since she was 20 weeks old. I have always been happy but today I met the most attentive and caring tech. Dee was wonderful, asked the right questions regarding Rozy, took her time examining her and explained all that I needed to do. Her attending doctor was very good as well, but Dee was exceptional.
