  I felt the exam was not thorough enough. I ended up taking my pet to her actual vet. Where she examined thoroughly and received medication for her condition.

  These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. We get there for our appointment exactly at 3:30 and wait 45 minutes just to get into a room, they are super behind. We get in the room and the first guy named Ellijah is already giving us a bill with out a doctor ever even viewing him to see what to do. We chose the blood work option and after another 25 minutes of waiting they finally take him into the back. They come back not even 5 minutes later saying that my cat was “moving” too much and anxious, obviously he’s going to be anxious due to the staff having no idea what they are doing and he’s dehydrated waiting in a room for 45 minutes with a singular $15 fan blowing side to side. The vet then refers us to emergency clinics with very low reviews as she herself has no idea what she is doing. She didn’t even take the cats temperature. PLEASE DO NOT LET THE REVIEWS FOOL YOU THIS PLACE IS HELL FOR YOUR ANIMAL. These people care more about getting off on a Friday more than your pet. BEWARE! Also, if anyone has seen breaking bad imagine being in Saul goodmans waiting area while trying to speak to him. This is what it’s like for your animal.

  Took our cat here to get routine bloodwork/vaccines before adopting a new cat. The vets were aware that we were on a time crunch, as we didn’t want to lose out on adopting the new cat. First time we went, we were told he was too anxious to work with and they prescribed him medicine. We rescheduled to come back the next day with him medicated. On the medicine, he was super relaxed. The next day they said they were able to do the vaccine, but the bloodwork is undoable still. They upped his dose and he was practically a zombie the next day. They stated they still could not do the bloodwork due to him being anxious and recommended we up his dose again. We weren’t comfortable with their advice to drug our cat for a fourth day that week. Not to mention, we weren’t even allowed back in the room with him while getting his bloodwork done. So, we couldn’t even see how he was acting. We told them we’d go somewhere else. We scheduled an appointment for south Orlando animal hospital the next morning. I was allowed back in the room with him, the vet spent time making sure my cat was comfortable, and they were able to do the blood work within minutes. Not to mention he was unmedicated.
