  Un lugar lindo y maravilloso. Los estilistas son perfectos y cariñosos con las mascotas. Mi estilista es Angie. Y la verdad es lo mejor que he conocido. Gracias Angie por atender tan bien a Tobby.

  Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service from the clinic manager. I want to be very clear that the veterinarian and her assistant were both kind and professional, and I truly appreciate the way they treated my dog. Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic manager was completely different. I paid approximately $200 for my dog’s visit after she was diagnosed with an ear infection. Only one ear was treated, and shortly afterward it became clear that the other ear was also infected. When I contacted the clinic to explain the situation and simply asked if they could waive the office visit fee so my dog could be rechecked, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and confrontational. She repeatedly interrupted me, raised her voice, refused to let me fully explain what had happened, and essentially questioned my honesty instead of trying to resolve the issue. I was not asking for free treatment—I was asking them to take responsibility for a problem that should have been properly evaluated during a visit for which I had already paid around $200. What bothered me most was the complete lack of empathy and basic customer service. When someone is concerned about their pet’s health, they should be able to speak to a clinic manager without being yelled at, dismissed, or made to feel as though they are lying. The veterinarian and assistant deserve recognition for their professionalism, but the clinic manager’s behavior was unacceptable, disrespectful, and extremely disappointing. Pet owners deserve much better customer service, especially when there is a concern about the care their pet received. Unfortunately, because of the way this situation was handled by management, I cannot recommend this clinic. El servicio al cliente por parte de la gerente de la clínica fue extremadamente decepcionante y poco profesional. Quiero dejar muy claro que tanto la veterinaria como su asistente fueron amables y profesionales, y realmente agradezco el trato que le dieron a mi perra. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con la gerente de la clínica fue totalmente distinta. Pagué aproximadamente 200 dólares por la consulta de mi perra tras diagnosticársele una infección de oído. Solo se trató un oído y, poco después, quedó claro que el otro también estaba infectado. Cuando contacté a la clínica para explicar la situación y simplemente pregunté si podían eximirme del costo de la consulta para que revisaran a mi perra nuevamente, la gerente se mostró extremadamente grosera, desdeñosa y conflictiva. Me interrumpió repetidamente, alzó la voz, se negó a dejarme explicar completamente lo sucedido y, en esencia, puso en duda mi honestidad en lugar de intentar resolver el problema. No estaba pidiendo un tratamiento gratuito; pedía que asumieran la responsabilidad por un problema que debió evaluarse adecuadamente durante una visita por la que ya había pagado cerca de 200 dólares. Lo que más me molestó fue la absoluta falta de empatía y de un servicio al cliente básico. Cuando alguien está preocupado por la salud de su mascota, debería poder hablar con el gerente de la clínica sin que le griten, lo desestimen o le hagan sentir como si estuviera mintiendo. La veterinaria y la asistente merecen reconocimiento por su profesionalismo, pero el comportamiento de la gerente de la clínica fue inaceptable, irrespetuoso y extremadamente decepcionante. Los dueños de mascotas merecen un servicio al cliente mucho mejor, especialmente cuando existe preocupación por la atención que ha recibido su animal. Lamentablemente, debido a la forma en que la gerencia manejó esta situación, no puedo recomendar esta clínica.

  Thank you so much Ash for taking such wonderful care of my pup. Zuey had his nails trimmed for the first time here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He normally does not like having his paws touched, but Ash was so patient, knowledgeable, and took their time with him. It made such a difference, and Zuey did great!!!

  Great experience! We were on family vacation and our boy was in desperate need of grooming. We debated because this was the first time trying out of state but it worked out well. Looking forward to booking for next vacation.
