- HLHappy LifeJun 12, 20261.0I would like to share my recent experience at your grooming department, which was extremely disappointing. I called both a week ago and again the day on my visit to confirm that I could bring my pet in for a simple nail trim. Each time, I was told that no appointment was needed and that I could walk in during business hours. However, when I arrived, the groomer informed me that she had two appointments ahead of me and could not take my pet without an appointment. This resulted in a completely unnecessary trip, only to be told something entirely different from what your staff had repeatedly assured me. The groomer herself was trying to be helpful, and she explained that I should not have been told to come without an appointment—especially if they already knew she had two long appointments scheduled. Because of this miscommunication, I ended up waiting nearly two hours for a simple nail trim. She also mentioned that staying late to help me could get her in trouble, which is unfair to her since she was the only one willing to assist. I paid $25 total for a 10‑minute nail trim, which is almost half the price of a full grooming service. This was not a cheap service, and customers should at least receive accurate information and appropriate customer care. Overall, the experience did not reflect the level of customer service that customers deserve. I hope this issue can be addressed so others do not go through the same frustration.
