  Went to get my dogs nails clipped. Was done right away as a walking. They were gentle with my dog and did a great job on nails. Would recommend

  I am absolutely disgusted by the grooming service I received at Petco. I took my Yorkie in for a bath only. At no point did I authorize a haircut, yet when I picked her up, they had completely shaved her. They cut off all of her beautiful hair without my knowledge or permission. I was devastated. This is not a small mistake—it is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers and their pets. When I tried to address the situation, the experience became even worse. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, the staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. They spoke to us in a very unprofessional manner, treated us with complete disrespect, and showed no concern for the distress they had caused. I was shocked by the way we were treated. I trusted them with my dog, and they completely violated that trust. Grooming services should never make major changes to a pet’s appearance without the owner’s explicit permission. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service was unbelievable. This was by far the worst grooming experience I have ever had. I will never return, and I strongly encourage anyone who loves their pet to think twice before trusting this location with their animal. My dog deserved better, and so did we.

  Had a bad experience in ordering for delivery. I ordered two items and tipped out a decent amount of money but instead they only gave me one item and the driver call me to get out and pick it up myself coz he dont seem to want to step out from his car. WAS SO DISSAPPOINTED that the staff dont confirm the items before let the delivery driver left the store. Attached here are the photo taken of me stepping out to get order and picture in the app that they marked the items checked and been picked up. (Wrongly)

  My 8 year golden retriever is not the biggest fan of groomers, but he had an extremely good experience, because he came out looking fantastic AND wasn't stressed! Hannah did an amazing job with our old guy!
