  Just went in to ask about jumping spiders and a tarantula unfortunately the actual manager Joe was not much help. Also not very interactive or pleasant. He also walked away waiting for a response from idk who about what kind of tarantula was in the enclosure and literally went into the office and left us just standing there 😑 It was not a very good experience and the knowledge or care is not good at all the tarantulas were skinny and jumper were very skinny and to cost $35 is insane for underweight jumpers. Being in customer service employees and managers should be nicer. I’ll stick to the Lee vista, Altamonte, E colonial locations they’re all nice!!!

  1 horas después de esperar por la primera cita de mi gato , decirme que no pueden atenderlo … que falta de respecto , jamás regresaré a este lugar . Y el poco profesionalismo, no les importó que mi gato presentara unas marcas en la cara que parece un hongo, no porque habían otros pacientes a la misma hora . Que pena que me trataran a mi y a mis hijos así 💔

  I will not be back after being told my dog was matted and needed to cut her short. At pick up i was told she had fleas. I rushed to the vet to be told that wasn't true. There were no signs of her ever having fleas. So now I wonder if she was actually matted. I went in thinking it was going to be 70.00 which ended up being 130.00. They obviously lied about the fleas to charge extra. Not to mention a vet bill. They lost my trust and as a customer
