  Hoy, alrededor de las 2:30–3:00 de la tarde, llevé a mi Goldendoodle para que le hicieran un corte. Le expliqué claramente a la persona que lo recibió que solo tenía dos nudos pequeños debajo de una oreja y que únicamente quería que le quitaran esos nudos. También le indiqué que no le bajaran el resto del pelo porque no tenía nudos en ninguna otra parte de su cuerpo. Cuando fui a recogerlo, me quedé completamente sorprendida y decepcionada. En lugar de quitar únicamente los nudos que señalé, le afeitaron prácticamente todo el cuerpo. Esto no fue lo que solicité ni lo que autoricé. Mi perro quedó completamente diferente a lo que habíamos acordado. Me siento muy decepcionada por la falta de comunicación y por no haber respetado mis instrucciones. Si consideraban que era necesario hacer un corte más drástico, debieron comunicarse conmigo antes de tomar esa decisión. No recomiendo este lugar basándome en mi experiencia. Asi entregue a mi perro y me lo devolvierom sin un pelo

  As I was walking out I witnessed a Petco Groomer at this location wrapping up a little black poodle grooming job. What caught my attention was the little yelps. This woman was trying to grind down his nails and the pup wasn't having it. Rather than the groomer have some patience, she kept pulling his leg while he yelped. Manager was made aware! Stay away from the lady in her late 40's-50's with brown hair. Pitiful!

  The young lady I spoke to named Kristi at 3:34p in the grooming section told me that if I got there a little after 4p didn’t specify time she said as long as your here before 4:30p we will take your dog because at that time we can no longer take him. I arrived at 4:15-4:20p they had me stand there until 433 to let me know that they will not be able to service my dog because I got there late when I specifically told him that I lived a half an hour away and that I couldn’t get there at four she said if you get here a little after four we can still see him. It just cannot be at 4:30p! It’s sad because I’ve been taking my dog to Petco since I lived in Massachusettes and Just because of this service I will no longer bring my dog here if I was to be told that I wasn’t gonna make it on time not to come schedule another day I would’ve done just that but making me come out here wasting my gas and being in traffic to tell me that they can’t see my dog is unacceptable and unprofessional!

  Store was clean, well organized and staff was able to provide quick assistance when prompted. Sadly their Pride section was severely lacking 😭

  It's always a pleasure to see Nico whenever I'm in the Kissimmee store on John Young Pkwy. The store has a great selection of freshwater fish and plants, and very good quality. Which Nico is extremely helpful with suggestions, and sharing her knowledge of the wide selection of products, and their application. She picked out 5 beautiful and healthy looking Otocynclus fish for me as well as pointers on the plant food.
