  Chris has a nasty attitude thinks he knows it all refused to sell me fish because he is a expert of fish tanks will be contacting corporate for racial profiling me and refusing service when I am repeat customer he’s mad because my fish tank is bigger then his and trying to tell me how to run my tank. Nasty person and nasty worker need more professional people I have bought over 40 fish from this location and was told to go somewhere else from a snotty employee. I won’t stop until this racist employee is gone and I can feel comfortable buying fish

  Went today to have my dog's nail trim, standing there, for over 20 minutes. no associate, finally I ask to speak to a manager. his answer was no one showed up to work. I suggested he put a sign to let other customers know that it's close, his dumb answer was they don't have a sign to inform the grooming dept. is close for the day. what's wrong with a paper and a pen. I guess other customers will be standing at the grooming area all day wondering if its open or close. the manager at this location needs better customer training. Went the next day and like always. Grooming dept. are worst customer service. Please don't bring your animals for Grooming at this location. Try the Grooming place next to the Publix location. Better customer service . See for yourselves the difference. Petco need to educate the employees and managers about customer service.

  I usually take my Olde English Bulldog to the Vetco on Vineland due to her bad allergies, but recently found out there’s a new location in Poinciana which is near me. I decided to try them out and OMG well deserved 5 stars! I can’t thank vet tech Toia enough! I had called yesterday in tears worried about my dogs condition. She immediately calmed me down and helped me make a plan for next day visit. During our visit she treated us like family and was so caring. For sure I will continue to take my dog to this location cause of her. Thank you Toia! From PepperDbully & her mum 😂💖🐶🐾

  Do not go here to buy reptiles! This is so sad. Bearded dragons should not be housed together. These are damaged to the point they should be free. If you need them gone please make them free. This is so sad. I'm concerned if an inexperienced person buys one and it dies due to potential infections due to the tails being bit and the dragons are not taken care of properly in this set up.

  People beware! I was told they take Care Credit on vet services, but they wouldn't take it. Wouldn't offer a payment plan or work with me to pay the large balance due. Got the police called as it was framed that I didn't want to pay the balance which was false. Highly disappointed that this is how people of color are treated at this location. Never going there again!
