Extremely satisfied with the service. Prompt attention. Ricardo, the assistant, was very attentive, helpful, and caring with my dog. And, of course, Dr. Montilla's delicate care. Grateful and highly recommended.

I have been paying for Banfield’s plan for about 2 years, at almost $60 per month, and honestly I am extremely disappointed with the service. During that time, I have only taken my dog there a few times, but now that I actually need help, I simply cannot get proper assistance from the clinics I’ve been trying to reach. My dog has had a lump on her eye for days, and it keeps getting bigger. I have been calling the Kissimmee and John Young locations every single day, and I still haven’t been able to get real help. It is always the same situation: I listen to the recording, eventually someone answers, asks whether it is an emergency or not, I explain the situation, they tell me to stay on the line, and in the end the call either disconnects or I am left with no solution at all. I finally managed to get an appointment at the Sand Lake location, and that is where I was told there was an available appointment at 10:00 AM. However, I was also told that I would have to leave my dog there and only pick her up at 4:00 PM. I find that absurd, especially considering that she has an eye issue that has been getting worse every day. I was also informed that if I brought my dog in as an emergency, the visit would cost around $300 and would not be covered by the plan. So honestly, what is the point of paying almost $60 every month for 2 years if, when my pet actually needs care, I cannot get support from the clinics, I cannot get help over the phone, and if the situation becomes an emergency, I still have to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket? It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to pay for a plan expecting support when you need it, only to feel completely unsupported while watching your pet’s condition get worse without receiving proper care.
