Do not go to a Vetco vaccine clinic! Vet was not knowledgeable about heart worm preventatives able at Petco. Gave misinformation about availability! It was predetermined what preventative they would prescribe. Only the ones that had all the chemicals and were most harmful to my dog. It was a total nightmare!

The vaccination clinic is not an actual clinic just a section of the store not even blocked off dogs were barking while vaccinations being done we were ignored by the woman checking people in when we finally got checked in the woman was super rude about our dog being so overdue for her shots when we had just got her back into only a week prior which I explained I asked if they could do her nails as well and they said it’s only done in the grooming salon I wouldn’t take my dog back here to get any kind of vet care.

I brought my cat and dog in to get their 1 year vaccinations. When I got in I had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in while the other three staff members we’re sitting around talking. Then when it was time for me to check in. I was informed that they would not be vaccinating my cat. I am very upset because I work nights so my sleep is valuable to me and then being told they can’t perform a service is aggravating not to mention it’s pouring outside. Never bringing my pets here again.
