Vetco Clinic on Atlantic is the best ever. Meagan is sweet and shows such amazing attention to my fur babies. Will not take my babies anywhere else. Kelsey is just the sweetest to my babies when checking them in and out for their visit. I highly recommend Vetco clinic to EVERYONE

Vetco is wonderful to my three older dogs! They always get them in if needed and treat them like their own. Kelsey at the front is kind and sweet. They always call or text the next to check on them.

They get the job done, but I would highly recommend taking the extra drive to the other Vetco locations near here. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Vetco and have been willingly paying the extra $60 on exam fees rather than driving 5 mins down the road from my house to go to Normandy Animal hospital for much cheaper, or really any of the other vets that don’t charge as much in the area. But vetco generally has such a great wait time and the staff generally care about the pets so much like they’re their own. Today was the opposite of the normal Vetco experience at this location. This is my second time at this location. The first time was okay, much longer wait time than expected but the exam itself was quick. They tried to oversell on a lot of unnecessary items but were willing to take no as the answer without conflict. Today though, we pulled in the parking lot about 10mins late and were rushing to get our cat inside because of the traffic. When we got inside there was one other customer at the desk waiting to check out and no one at the desk. My kids, my cat and I stood next to the benches to wait our turn to check in. The other customer was taken care of by 9:18 when Olivia came back to her desk, but then she walked away again without even acknowledging our presence. She checked in some of the other pets in exam rooms, then came to check us in at 9:27, 27mins after our appt time and 17mins after we arrived. She asked why we were here, I advised we had a 9am appt, she says “I’ll have to confirm if we can see you as a walk-in as you were marked a no call no show at 9:16”. I questioned her, saying that we were definitely in the building before 9:16am. She said “well you didn’t walk in until after 9:16 so I marked you as a no call no show as of 9:16, after our 15min grace period”. Lo and behold, they could see us as a walk-in since they had an exam window open at 9 that belonged to us anyway. Despite that awful interaction, the prolonged wait time, and being asked the same questions 4+ times because the answers weren’t recorded during the phone call we received prior to the appt, of again when Olivia checked us in…but Dr. Pilla was very friendly and great with my pets.

The vets at this location seems like they are afraid to deal with animals if they are not all the way calm. I brought my cat in 2 yeara ago which she had high anxiety and was told that they could not treat her unless I gave her medication to sedate her. My cat was not outrageously unhinged for them to suggested that. It was the second time that they turned my baby away so i decided to look for another veterinarian. They vet that was there about 4 years ago was great. The ones that they have there now seems like needs more training in dealing with ALL types of animals. Definitely would not recommend!

We’ve been going here for about 4 years and we love them. My biggest dog just had a big surgery on his ear and it went very well. Thanks to Vet tech Maeghan and Dr. Delgado!
