- WJWhitney JordanNov 18, 20245.0We took our goldendoodle to see Kelsey for her grooming appointment! Kelsey was very kind, caring and attentive! Highly recommended Petco in Mandarin!
- RFRichard “Richard” FernandezSep 28, 20241.0I called to have my appointment changed from one location to this location. I was told it was fine and that they would do it. When I arrived at the store, she said I had no appointment and that my appointment was only cancelled and a new one wasn’t created. They also said they couldn’t do the service that day, even though in the app there was availability in the app for that time, and the next two or so hours. Nevertheless, in this process I observed one groomer pick up a small dog (less than 15 lbs) from the table by its neck as the dog squirmed. I asked the attendant I was speaking with and she said it was because the dog was misbehaving. I then proceeded to act if that’s a standard way to treat a misbehaving way and she responded with a “everyone has their own way.” When I asked for a business card with their names on it, since there were other business cards with other names on the desk, she said their two names didn’t have cards. Thankfully, the general manager was around the store and I spoke with him about it. Hopefully something is done to prevent a groomer from picking up dogs by the neck.
