I was a walk in for a nail trim. The grooming staff were friendly and professional. Definitely going back!

I had a very nice man help me with kitty Litter and kitty food. He was very nice to carry the big box of Kitty Litter to my car.

This store is very disappointing with how they take care of their animals. Mainly the reptile food. They are months behind and there's literal mold growing inside the fridge. Extremely disappointing and sad for a business that's supposed to take care of their animals.

Clearly there is no reason to take your dog here for their grooming services. Even when online it is shown that "Anal Expression" is included with all services, the employees will "educate" you on why they do not want to do it, in a very unpleasant way that even the assistant store manager Lisa will admit to. Very frustrating after taking our dog here for years and this happens out of the blue.

Manager Lisa, groomer white lady with space buns, groomer younger tan lady, Saturday 09/20 at 10:30am. Very rude and unprofessional, just trying to over talk you, not listen. Had a grooming issue, the Grooming staff is unkind and unprofessional. The grooming service says in includes gland expression but when I arrived they said they dont do it for larger dogs. I tried asking questions because this was the first time they have ever said this to me and I've been taking my dog here for years so now im concerned they have not been doing it and lying to me which can cause medical issues. They did not want to listen to my concerns, just acting like I was personally attacking them, got an attitude, arguing with me and treating me like I was stupid and acting like my concern for my pet was an inconvenience to them. Asked to speak with a manager and they had no grooming manager avaliable so they brought manager Lisa who was honestly worse than the employees. She didn't listen to me, she clearly got the groomers side and was not interested in anything I had to say at that point. They were so mean to me, I didn't trust they would not hurt my dog out of spite so I left without grooming. I will never be back to another petco.
