  I use PETCO through Instacart and have yet to not get what I need. I order Freshpet and they ALWAYS have it in stock.

  The store is great! However Ava the cashier was Rude and mean. I tried to ask her how her day was and she cut me off and said “phone number”. Then I tried to ask her if one of the things I purchased was ringing up at the sale price because I couldn’t see the prices of the things as she was scanning them, and her response was ” Well, it always rings up properly so I don’t see why it wouldn’t today” with mad attitude. this is the last time I ever go to Petco. PetSmart is so much better!

  I’ve never seen a pet store in bad condition when it comes to live fish. I felt so bad for the fish swimming around in dirty water. So many dead fish sucked up against the filter. No one is caring for the tanks, this doesn’t happen over night. I will stick to pet smart or private aquarium stores. This was so sad to see at pet store.

  I showed up close to closing and an employee greeted me within a minute of being in the store. He asked if I needed help and I did. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took me directly to what I needed. Checkout was fast and efficient.

  I’ve been a customer of PETCO for years. 2023, I met a young lady named Tifanka. She’s absolutely AMAZING! Her customer service towards customer is truly on point. She has such a great spirit about herself and everyone that comes into Petco…..LOVES her. She’s just as genuine as ever. “The sweetest young lady.” She’s polite and kind to everyone with a pleasant smile that follows. Whenever we visit the store for fish, or whatever. I make it a point to look for Tifanka. She knows a lot about that entire store. Why isn’t she the asst manager at that store? She should be the ambassador for Petco. Tifanka could run that entire store and not think twice about it. She really knows a lot about fish, reptiles, birds, the dogs and the cats and that’s awesome. If she doesn’t know, or doesn’t have an answer. She’ll find out immediately for you. She definitely a team player. She’s such a hard worker and extremely dedicated to PETCO. She deserves a top management position. GREAT JOB TIFANKA!
