- JWJackie WheelerOct 15, 20261.0I am so disappointed with this office...Dr. Ross Griffith built this office for 10 yrs and was relocated to a different office and then opened his own....the current Vet and staff has changed so many times it's not even funny! I have canceled both my pet's wellness plans and will NEVER go to another Banfield office. Dr. Jackson had such a lackluster attitude when it came to handling my concern with my dog that she and Banfield just lost a longtime Customer.

The ears were not cleaned, and I was told the nail services could not be completed because my dog would not cooperate. I expected a veterinary team to be better equipped to handle routine care. This experience left me questioning the value of my wellness plan. I won’t be returning and plan to cancel.

- ALAshlee LinsterSep 12, 20261.0The poorest communication from any vet. Called in advance, the dog was coughing. Moved the appointment back 30 minutes to accommodate other incoming dogs. Somehow, my in office visit turned into a drop off with NO communication until I called. And then said she would be ready for pickup at a specific time. I made it abundantly clear I was only here because my regular vet was closed Saturday. No intention of doing any treatment or any future visits. Still waited 30 minutes to get my dog after arriving at the agreed upon time. Time is not a priority here. Save your time and don’t bother. Overpriced for a terrible experience.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
