I want to pair with my shih Tzu puppy and they told me they would not put me on a wellness plan for my puppy due to her having diarrhea that I had to pay for each individual test that they did on my puppy plus the office is it 0 they said my options were to walk out and not get charged anything or to pay for each individual test that the doctor ordered which would be well over 300 bucks for today's visit I would not recommend this vet

Everyone who works there has been nothing but kind to me but it can be a hassle to get into. Ending weekend appointments and closing at 3 makes it to where you just about have to take a day off to go get your pet's shots

The vets were very helpful and weren’t hesitant holding back information that a dog owner needs to know about their dog. If there’s an issue, any questions I asked or answered. Since my dog took the medication and the ear flush, he has been a new dog back to his way and not miserable and that makes me more than happy thank you very much

I brought Butterpup in for treatment of a severe ear infection, and initially I was very impressed with the customer service from the staff. Everyone I interacted with was approachable, kind, and professional, and I truly appreciated the care and friendliness they showed throughout the visit. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Shelton was very disappointing. During our conversation, she often seemed irritated and impatient whenever I asked questions about my pet’s condition or treatment. She spoke very quickly, which left me confused at times, and when I tried to get clarification, her tone came across as dismissive and aggressive rather than supportive or understanding. Another issue that bothered me was that she repeatedly referred to my dog as “she,” even after I politely corrected her and explained that Butterpup is a “he.” Instead of respectfully acknowledging the correction, the response felt dismissive, and she continued using the wrong pronouns throughout the conversation. It made me feel like my concerns and comments were not being taken seriously. I also felt uncomfortable with how strongly additional products and treatments were pushed during the visit. Even with a wellness plan, I still had to pay nearly $200 out of pocket because ear infections were not covered. I was then encouraged to purchase additional cleaners and allergy medications, even after explaining that it was not within my budget and that I can manage his allergies with Benadryl when needed. On top of that, the quote I was given over the phone was different from the total I was presented with once I arrived. Overall, it started to feel like every interaction was just another attempt to upsell me. The experience felt more like a pressure sale than a supportive veterinary visit, and I really disliked that feeling. While I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff, my interaction with the doctor left such a negative impression that I ultimately decided to discontinue my wellness plan and look elsewhere for veterinary care not to mention, the actual cancellation policy is another way to get more money from you. Easy to get in but hard and expensive to get out. I truly wish I could give a 5-star review for the staff because they were kind, professional, and welcoming throughout the visit. However, since this review is also based on my experience with the doctor overseeing the appointment, that is the reason for my low rating.
