We’ve been taking our Yorkie, Penny, to All Tails Pet Spa since they first opened, and yesterday our newest little Yorkie, Winston, had his very first grooming appointment, which finally prompted me to leave the review they absolutely deserve. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much the staff genuinely cares about the dogs. Everyone is so friendly, and I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with any of the groomers. The owner has clearly built an incredible team. Abbey is my absolute favorite! She is the sweetest and immediately put my mind at ease. I was naturally a little nervous since Winston is only 16 weeks old and this was his very first grooming experience. She took the time to explain that she’d start him with a mini groom (bath, face, feet, and sanitary trim) to see how he handled everything because she didn’t want to overwhelm or stress him out. To my surprise, Winston did so well with her that she was actually able to complete a full groom! Seeing how patient, gentle, and caring she was with him meant so much to me. One of the things I love most about All Tails is that they never rush. I’ve picked up dogs from other groomers in the past and felt disappointed with the haircut, but I’ve never had that experience here. Every groom has been beautiful, and they always take the time to make sure your pup looks and feels their best. The facility is always incredibly clean, which is something I really appreciate. I also love that when you walk in, you don’t see rows of dogs locked in cages barking frantically at each other. The environment is so much calmer, and I truly believe that makes a difference in the experience for the dogs. Another thing that sets them apart is their communication. The owner/manager keeps you updated throughout the appointment via text, and there have even been times when they’ve gone out of their way to squeeze us in for a last minute appointment. That level of customer service is hard to find. Not only do I trust them with both of my Yorkies, but my parents also take their two Yorkies here and have been just as happy with the care they receive. Best of all, our dogs always come home looking adorable, happy, and relaxed, not scared or shaking like we’ve experienced at other groomers. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about All Tails Pet Spa. Finding a groomer you completely trust is priceless, and that’s exactly what we’ve found here. Winston will definitely be seeing Abbey for many years to come! If you’re looking for a groomer that genuinely loves your pet, does beautiful work, and provides exceptional customer service, I can’t recommend All Tails Pet Spa enough.

My dog always came home with extreme itchiness, and I had one particularly bad experience that ended with my dog having to be taken to the vet. Today was my dog’s first time to a new groomer which was, “All Tails Pet Spa.” First, I really liked how all the dogs were being groomed out in the open so pet owners could see that their dogs were being treated kindly. Second, I found their prices to be very fair and reasonable, especially for a small business. I had called multiple places before deciding on “All Tails,” and they were significantly more expensive. Finally, my dog had no redness or irritation when she came home, as well as zero itching, which I was so pleased about. I would absolutely recommend this dog spa.

The animal groomers here are so sweet and the one dog I have is a rescue and gets nervous but did an amazing job with Sarah! Overall cleanliness of this place is 10/10 every-time I came in they were continuously sweeping and cleaning non stop all while grooming animals. They even came out with cute bandanas!
