- SASharmilla AnandJun 25, 20261.0Dr Fyfe is wonderful! Unfortunately this is about Dr Silvers ! We brought our two cats — one with chronic kidney disease — for scheduled 7:00 AM appointments. They were not seen promptly. Both were held the entire day and returned to us around 5:00 PM. Our CKD cat had fasted since 10:00 PM the night before — roughly 19 hours without food. For a cat with kidney disease, that is not a minor inconvenience. It is a medical risk. We paid $2,600 that day. When we raised it, the practice conceded the wait was "not ideal." We transferred our cats' full records and our account elsewhere the same week. A scheduled appointment did not mean our cats were seen. If your pet has a condition where waiting or fasting is dangerous, do not assume otherwise here. Confirm exactly when they will be seen — or go somewhere that treats a fragile animal like it cannot wait. Ours couldn't.
