I asked about the pricing just for her to get an exam and her yearly shots and was given a price to pay which sounded good at that moment. That is until I was mailed a monthly bill which I had no idea where it came from. Come to find out, these people signed me into some 1 year contract when I initially thought I was paying for that initial visit. When I called the office, they said in order for me to leave the contract, if have to pay 500 dollars or make payments. I asked why didnt anyone explain this when we were there and they came up with some bogus answer. Now they have Debt collectors contacting me even though I did not agree to a 1 year contract. A word to the wise: BEWARE OF PET DOCTORS OF AMERICA ON BEACH BLVD..THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM TO DISPLAY IN PERSON! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!

The environment was clean and inviting. Getting an appointment on a Sunday for an exotic was amazing!. Dr. Fyfe was wonderful! My bill was so fair! I didn’t feel taken advantage of of as I have when I have left other vets on many occasions. I can only say positives! TYTYTY😍
