  Came in with my bunny and was told they could stitch her up within 2 hours. I waited past that time and then they told me they hadn't even done anything with her yet. Meanwhile I had her bonded bunny with me. They did offer to place her bonded friend with her, but then it took another 2.5 hours when they said it would take about 45 minutes. It was just WAY too long of a wait for the whole ordeal.

  I can’t believe the reviews are as positive as they are. I’ve had several bad experiences at this vet clinic and would never recommend them, even in an emergency. Brought in my 16 year old dog in who was clearly approaching end of life. He had gotten into some chocolate and his kidneys were shutting down. He was very obviously suffering, uncomfortable, unaware of what was going on around him. After one night of care, it was clear he was not improving. Aloha INSISTED we continue to keep him overnight with IV and meds and “observation” to see if he would improve. He obviously would not. My family had to insist we wanted to put him to sleep to end his suffering. There was no empathy or care from the staff, they simply saw him as a cash cow to keep making money off of until he inevitably died. I also brought in my newly adopted puppy who came from a rescue, she had clear symptoms of kennel cough and worms. Very cut and dry… but aloha wanted to run extensive tests and X-rays to be sure it wasn’t anything more serious when all I requested was treatment for the kennel cough and worms. They manipulated me and made me feel bad for not wanting to run more tests to make sure she hadn’t aspirated any vomit, etc. as if I didn’t care about her. Again, very much got the vibe they just wanted to make as much money as possible rather than care for and treat my dog. There are much better vets in the area, do not settle for this one.

  My budgie died from a X-ray here, I don’t know HOW.. but I think they gave to much medicine on accident during a x-ray, Budgie owners, I don’t recommend bringing your budgie here.. It was also too expensive

  I don't think these people really care about your animals I've been coming to this place for years and every time I come here it's more money more money more test they care more about the money than they do the animals my opinion no more going somewhere else

  I love this Pet Hospital! It’s actually a hospital, not just a clinic. The vets, the vet techs, and the support staff are all incredible. They’re available almost all the time, and they’re incredibly responsive, understanding, and helpful. I’ve recommended them to several friends after another referred me to them, and I’m so grateful she did!
