  This place is horrible that sell you meds so it doesn't cure your dog and they can keep selling you wrong meds, very incompetent place and do not recommend, the manager never even called in reference to our concerns and the person behind the counter has no manners, disgusting place to take your fur Babies.

  I really had a bad experience with this business, don't know how this place is even open because they definitely don't care about our babies. The only thing they care is the money,the vet doctor prescribed the wrong medicine with no results of curing my baby, how can this business conduct any business when the vet doesn't speaks English and doesn't know what he's doing. I waisted $800 dollars with no results,this place doesn't deserve to be there at all because they only care about the money not your 🐶 pet. Warning if you love your dog don't give business to this type of business!!😤 0 Star if possible

  I've had nothing but an outstanding experience with the Petco Vetco Clinic for 2 of my pets now. From the moment scheduled online until we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They made both my cat and me feel comfortable right away, which is no small feat since vet visits are usually pretty stressful. A special thank you goes to Dee, the vet tech, who was wonderful. Dee was patient, engaging, and clearly cares deeply about the animals she works with. She took the time to answer questions honestly, explained everything clearly, and treated my cat with such kindness and respect needless to say, I think E. liked her too. Dr. Yap Shing was equally exceptional. She was warm, knowledgeable, abd answered questions.I really appreciated how she took the time to discuss my cat's care in a straightforward and reassuring way. It's obvious that she truly has her patients' best interests at heart. The clinic itself has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that made the entire visit feel much less intimidating than a typical veterinary office. Everyone on the team was friendly, engagin from start to finish. On top of the excellent care, the pricing was very fair, and scheduling an appointment was incredib easy. I highly recommend the Petco Vetco who islooking for a veterinary team that truly cares & really turns down stress level usually associated with vet visits. Thanks again, everyone.

  I had a great experience at this veterinary clinic. The facility was exceptionally clean, and the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and kind from the moment I arrived. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and it was clear that they genuinely care about both their patients and clients. One thing that really stood out was their ability to work with large animals while still maintaining such an organized and efficient environment. The clinic was busy—which is understandable given the quality of care they provide—I was seen right at my scheduled appointment time and was in and out without any unnecessary waiting. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, efficient, and high-quality veterinary care. Sending love to the staff ❤️🫂

  I can't recommend Vetco Total Care in Homestead enough! The entire team is absolutely amazing. The veterinary technicians are always kind, patient, and compassionate. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we fully understand what's going on with our pets, never making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Dr. Fernandez is exceptional at what he does. He works quickly, but he's incredibly efficient, thorough, and attentive. It's obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and provides outstanding care every visit. Everyone at the clinic is professional, welcoming, and truly dedicated to the health and well-being of our pets. Thank you to the entire Vetco team for always providing such excellent care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinarian they can trust!
