  Took my puppy today for salon services to the Homestead Location. She is under 16 weeks with the first two sets of vaccines, the website says that according to those requirements they can do the services and we went to this location, the receptionist said they couldn’t provide the service because she is missing the rabies vaccine, in conclusion this a false advertisement or your employee doesn’t want to work??

  I have gotten 2 of my birds here, but they said I can not get more just because my previous two died (one from here,) which one of the deaths was NOT m fault. But, got m new one here I guess

  I purchased a small bag of dog food online Labor Day weekend, with a specific promotion that promises $15 off a future purchase of a larger bag. When I went online to purchase the larger bag the week after, I couldn’t find a way to apply $15 off anywhere, or in my emails (I take accountability for not having checked this the day of my purchase). I decided to go to the store, grab the larger bag and ask the young girl at the register about this, and she was very dismissive, replying “oh idk about that, but if you buy that one now we’ll give you 15 dollars off in October.” What set me off was the lack of customer service and quick dismissal, which is what made me insist harder on the 15 dollars off. She looked at me with an annoyed look, scooted me to the side so she can help another customer, and then asked another guy about it, with which an even more annoyed look, starting searching on his phone, but then began to sigh and finally says “you know what, I dont have time for this, I have a lot of shit to do” then proceeded to tell the girl at the register to just give me the $15 off…. When I thanked him, he didn’t even look at me, shook his head and walked away. I jokingly told the girl “I mean I’m sorry but 15 dollars is 15 dollars” and she also looked away as if I had just committed the worst crime in the world to want to honor an offer that was very clear online, and was still being promoted on the site. Sure, I got the $15 off at the end but honestly, had they not been able to do it but didn’t try to make me feel like an idiot and embarrassed by the time I walked out, no biggie. Not once was I even rude to either of them, even when I was being dismissed. Yet somehow, asking about a promotion is “wasting the employees time” and gets you annoyed and disgusted looks. At the same time, I don’t blame the energy though… the manager walks around with a miserable face all day long. I know, because I’ve seen her several times when I’ve gone.

  Antes me gustaba mucho. Pero ahora con la nueva administración es diferente para mal. Lo siento, no todos los veterinarios huelen asi de mal. Podrían tomar medidas con eso. Los animales eran llevados con la otra administración aparte pero con esta se trabaja ahi con el dueño. Y la atención también del personal es diferente. PD: Me refería a Petco total care( veterinario) no a la tienda. Lo siento el malentendido. La tienda: 10/10
