Horrible! They sell you a wellness plan to make it seem as its helpful and it's just a way to earn a commitment with someone for their money not for the sake of your animal. Dr. Tracy Scola was very clear stating it was my luck that my dog was sick and gave me nasty attitude for no reason when I only asked her two questions. She did not introduce herself when she came in the room just came at me super aggressive. I am way younger than her and she intimidated me tremendously with her frightening looks and approach. My dog is big (boxer) and she looked at my dog in disgust did not make him feel comfortable at all. She then was dismissive and I said WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE where she then proudly said OH WELL! Nasty! And I mean disgusting the way I was treated. I am short when I say horrible attitude to be a Vet extremely scary. In conclusion my dog is still sick or maybe worse. I got an invoice for a EAR/NOSE/EYE exam as to where those where never performed. THEY DID NOT EVEN GREET MY DOG; LET ALONE TOUCH HIM. I have made the proper communications needed to handle this matter accordingly.

I love Banfield Hospital but the Miramar location. Everyone is polite and friendly. Completely opposite from this Hialeah location. Staff is rude and they talk to you like if you were their enemy. Their phone customer service is terrible. The lady on the phone screamed and treated me like a child. This location should try to have the same customer service Miramar has. Very disappointing
