  I went to the PETCO in Hallendale with a friend to buy food for her dog. We found it quickly and at the register we were told it's discounted. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and well stocked.

  We love this store. And the grooming is excellent. The only place that we come to for our old boys. Marck is excellent. And the people are amazing, super helpful.

  Are you curious as to why brick and mortar stores are going out of business? Wonder no more. Just come here. You will understand. Amazon would never make you drive 30 minutes for an item that's not in stock even though the website says it is.

  I had a bad experience at a specific store while shopping for my dog. I encountered an employee named Steven. When I greeted him with a "Good morning, sir," and asked if I could ask him a question, he didn't even look at me and responded with a very nasty attitude, saying, "What do you want?" This made me very upset. However, since he is an older gentleman, I chose not to say anything back. Instead, I simply said, "Never mind, I'll ask for help somewhere else." I usually shop at Aventura PetSmart, but since I live in the area, I decided to try Petco. As I was leaving, I overheard Steven talking to another coworker, and he remarked about "too many stupid people." This was my first and last visit to Petco, and I would appreciate it if upper management could address Steven's behavior towards customers.
