  The girls here are the best! My Farley boy always looks sharp after his spa day! They love him and he loves them! They are also very accommodating for my crazy schedule, which I so appreciate the flexibility.

  Staci in the grooming area is absolutely rude I was planning on getting my dogs groomed there but never mind after today’s phone call that will not be happening they will be stay at my local petsmart apparently this grooming facility doesn’t like when you have questions before you bring your dogs in to get groomed apparently they had a issue with me calling throughout the week asking questions well excuse me if I couldn’t think of everything all at once Staci was rude said me calling up there was weird weird for having questions 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ thankfully petsmart isn’t like this hopefully Petco customer service will take care of the rudeness in this grooming area cause I most definitely filed a complaint on this grooming place very unprofessional can’t believe they have issues with people asking questions
