  Somehow my comment was lost.. Adding it back here so customers are aware of the absolute trash this Banfield bought out Vet is. Having now been to several Banfield across the country, I can absolutely confirm that my experience was unique to this location in Millhopper. No response needed from a Banfield review responder. Don't want excuses or a corporate apology. Simply read, listen, and learn. Negative 5 stars. Staff are a complete joke. (Except bald guy with sleeve on weekends, he's cool) Unaware of their own policies and enforce false rules blindly. Please do your own research and READ the drop off terms and covid policies on their own website. Read reviews and stand your ground when they try to enforce policies that don't exist. Read the countless reviews of pets dying when they are taken out of the owners site and in the care of a Banfield "professional." Pay close attention to the first 2 sentences in paragraph 4 on the "Authorization to Provide Care" If it can happen, it CAN happen. MY DOGS ARE NOT A PHONE TO BE DROPPED OFF FOR REPAIR. Was also told by the corporate manager over Florida about the lies they put in the notes in their system and was treated with prejudice and hostility because of it. Including when I was at this vet twice in the past month for their yearly check up and shots. I ended up having to go over their heads so they would follow their own rules. I could honestly go on with more details, and I might later, but for now this is a PSA to those who need it. - A Banfield Wellness Member

  Not every conversation is possible on the online Banfield platform. It's frustrating that Banfield's money-minded corporate system doesn't have enough staff to answer client calls. I've been on hold for 38 minutes, yet no one has come to speak with me or help me at the front desk. It's not the first time. Whether it's a weekday or weekend, it's a repeated pattern.

  Horrible place horrible front desk staff do not recommend very rude extremely hostile and they seem to not know what the hell they’re doing and they definitely don’t like doing their job. I DO NOT recommend taking your pet here for anything!

  This vet is the worst vet we have ever been to . The vet we went to didn’t do export documentation for our cat. We had no choice but went to Banfield. But apparently they don’t know what they are doing, especially people working at the front desk. I don’t want to waste too much time talking about how frustrating it was to make an appointment . It was already a disaster. I called so many times to make just one appointment . When we finally dropped our cat off for the health certificate, the guy at the front desk definitely didn’t know what he was doing. I called and the guy didn’t know what I was asking and couldn’t give me a straight answer. Then finally someone knew what we were talking about saying the vet there that day couldn’t do it because of some license issues. So they asked us to bring the cat back again the next day. Okay. Then I did. Then they told me the appointment wasn’t on their calendar. But our cat eventually got in. After the health check was done, we are waiting for the documentation. However , our departure time is very close and we haven’t gotten any calls from Banfield. So we called to ask. The woman answering the phone asked us to call USDA ourselves to ask about the status. I was very confused not knowing what information we should give USDA. I asked them , so we spent almost $500 and we have to do this ourselves ? Could you ask them if it’s possible to expedite the documents ? Because the vet said she did that. However , she told us, we can’t expedite government so I have to call myself ???????This is so absurd and weird . Their attitude and work ethics are apparently doubtful and horrible. I would NOT recommend anybody to go there.
