    I am exceptionally happy with Vetco services. All of the personnel were extremely friendly and very helpful. I asked the young lady at the front about seatbelts for my dog and she walked me back to the aisle and explained the product to me and how to use it. She also was very personable. The whole experience was easy and fairly quick. I will be back with my 2 other dogs when it is time for their shots!

    Pedí cita para dos perros de raza maltese, uno 12.20 y otro 12.25. Llegue exactamente a las 12.23 como se puede ver en el screenshoot que adjunto. Mientras yo entraba salía una señora con dos perros que acababan de atender. Vivo a 45 minutos de esta locación y por llegar 3 minutos tarde según estas dos chicas las cuales deben mejorar sus modales para trabajar con el público se negaron a atender a uno de mis perros. Mi primera cita era a las 12. 20 pm, llegamos a las 12.23 por tanto estaba dentro del horario todavía de la cita. Por supuesto me fui sin vacunar al otro perro tampoco ya que esta clase de personas no merecen ni un céntimo de mi parte. Aléjense de este sitio lo más posible, si así nos tratan a nosotros los clientes imagínense como tratan a tu mascota. Pésima atención al cliente y servicio, profesionalidad cero. ¡Hasta nunca!
