I called the grooming department to set up an appointment to have my dogs nails trimmed, but decided to cancel after reading some very concerning reviews. During my cancellation through the booking link, I noticed the girl put me down to have them bathed, no nail trims. I would’ve been pissed if they got bathed instead of the service I inquired about. Between the negative review explaining that they don’t take accountability if they injure your pet, and the mistake with the scheduler, I won’t be using their grooming services.
