  We brought our dogs in to be groomed. Beth took care of them and they look like new dogs!! They look and smell great!

  This would be a zero star review if possible. I signed my Yorkie up for grooming services which included bath & haircut (which includes nail trimming) for $64.99. My daughter dropped her off and Makayla, the groomer, was very happy excited with my dog’s behavior and said she was fun to do because she was wanted to play rather than nipping at a new person. She had us select a hair length and my daughter left. Upon picking her up she charged $94. I called the store and was told my dog was very difficult and they charged an upcharge to buff her nails ( which I didn’t ask for or approve) and claimed they had to brush her (complete untrue as I brushed her the night before). And said there was an additional charge for the length of hair selected. When I asked for a refund for the difference I was told I can come in and get the refund but that if I did I could no longer get grooming at their location it if I took the refund. Daniel the manager called me back later and refunded $10 to my card and said that was all he could do. He said he would have a talk with Mikayla. PetSmart actually charges the $61 that they say they are going to charge. If you want to get up-charged without your permission, you have found the right store. If you want an honest transaction. Go elsewhere.

  Excellent customer service! Wonderful choices. I was able to get exactly what I needed. Very happy I went. The staff was really helpful.
