- CHCaine Harris4 days ago1.0Always have issues with this location. my pet store of choice is closed on mondays, so I called to double check if they have small crickets, I’m told I can only buy 10. I get here about 20 minutes later, one person is saying they aren’t selling crickets while the other says only 10 per customer. Waste of gas and time when they could’ve just said no on the phone.

Finally, I did my own googling and got what I needed for my dog. If an item isn’t on the shelf they won’t even check to see if there’s more in the back. And if it really was out of stock they can’t tell you what is the closes thing to they product. Terrible customer service I not be buying any of my pets needs there.
