  These criminals lied to my 90 year old aunt about her dog having a heart issue, they kept trying to get her to pay for more services because of "the heart Issue" we took the dog to 2 other vets and they confirmed the dog does NOT have any heart issues. Meanwhile these criminals at Banfield locked my aunt into a 1 year contract. STAY AWAY from this company.

  Thank you very much for taking care of Ginger. He had some pain in his mouth and was given a shot. I believe they will be bring him in soon again.

  Banfield Pet Hospital has been a great clinic for my doggo, Leo. The wellness plan there has been a money saver for all Leo’s need. Staff is always friendly and nice.

  My brother Mark Anthony and I have been taking our pugs to Banfield (now on our 3rd pug SKOOBZ) since about 2015 when we were still living in Lynn, Massachusetts and taking brothers Linus and the late great Lightning to the Salem, MA location. I’ve had the experience of going to a great private vet originally before finding Banfield Hospital at Sunrise Sq location in Fort Lauderdale and he was great but his one location wasn’t convenient and the prices were more abusive to my wallet especially since he didn’t have the great healthcare advantage plans that I’m able to take advantage of at Banfield Pet Hospital……there are several different plans available at various prices, depending upon what type of coverage you want and the age of your cat dog or whatever type of animal you have. In as far as the surgical procedures to some may seem possibly inferior to take their dog or cat to a specialist at a private vet at super inflated rates…..bypassing Banfield without a serious consideration….. Well, let me tell you my dog Linus has had 4 different surgical procedures Performed at three different Banfield locations in the surgeries weren’t just adequate You were truly top-notch and that’s not just my opinion because when I came across people that had taken their dogs to Private vets for Surgery they were impressed, not only with the outcome, but definitely at the cost. I can The entire staff at the sunrise Square location from the technicians who work the front desk and in the back to the vets themselves The staff is top-notch so on the Services in the prices are affordable, especially with the cost of owning pets and caring for them properly by individuals who love them when costs are constantly skyrocketing. I give Banfield Pet Hospital a score of 10 out of 10. FYI, and having my pugs on one of their specialized affordable healthcare plans which I’ve always had my dogs on…….I’ve always been able to get my dogs in for an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time if not the same day, especially in an emergency I’ve never been turned away NEVER! Give the staff at the Sunrise Sq Fort Lauderdale location (or any Banfield Pet Hospital location in your city) a chance to care for your pet and you will be happy that you did and your wallet will retain some of its fiscal weight.   I called this animal hospital because my dog is sick and experiencing bleeding from his nose. I was very concerned and was looking for help getting him evaluated. Instead, both the person I initially spoke with and the manager focused the conversation on my dog needing a rabies vaccine rather than the medical issue I was calling about. I understand that vaccines and hospital policies are important, but when a pet owner is calling about an actively sick pet, I would expect the immediate medical concern to be addressed first. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and urgency I felt during this interaction. Needless to say, I will be taking my dog somewhere else for care. All pet owners go somewhere else to people that actually care about your pet
