    Do not take your animal to the Petco Fleming Island. Had the worst experience ever. Took my dog Apollo there to get vaccines and he had an allergic reaction. He had facial and eye swelling redness all over the body and broke out in hives. Called the Petco back and they told me to bring him back into the Petco clinic. Came back and no one was there and I was told to take him to the emergency room. Of course I need to!! Took him to focus care pet clinic on Kingsley boulevard to find out that he needed a steroid shot a Benadryl shot and also was treated for other things that was missed at his appointment. $300 later my dog is better. I will never go back to this location. Ever. Worse care ever!!!

    One of the worst experiences ever! Horrible disorganized at the check in. Heavy set Asian lady with colored hair clearly didn’t like men. First said we were late- we were not we held the door open for a couple who DIDNT have an appointment which took 15 minutes to check them in ( PS their bill was over $300 and I’m pretty sure they walked out without paying) . The Asian lady took every single other customer except for us ( my husband) first . She was extremely rude, un- professional and shouldn’t be working with the public, nor do I trust her with my pet!!! . She went in the back with the vet tech and vet ( who were awesome) and was talking about my husband ( we could hear and see them all turn around and look) . She than was rude at the end didn’t even say thank you , have a nice day, thanks for coming back etc. until this lady is reprimanded for her practices we will not be back to this location. They need to STOP TAKING PEOPLE WITH NO APPOINTMENT BEFORE THOSE THAT DO HAVE ONE . This is happen every time we go. They need a new process for people that are new and have no appointment. A 5 minute vaccine took over an hour because of people who didn’t have an appointment & new . Also do to the prejudice of the staff member behind the counter. I would like a follow up phone call .

    The clinic is so helpful with our great dane. We have been bringing her there since we got her as a puppy. So close to our hosue and love the online scheduling. They do follow up texts to check in with us after the appointment also. I also recommend the vital care program. Especially for a puppy or dog tnat may need frequent appointments.

    The girl at the desk was nice, but why make an appt just to make you wait almost an hour before your seen? Especially when they want you there 15 min early. So basically you’re waiting an hour after your appointment just to get a set of shots! Plus the prices are high? I thought this was suppose to be low cost? What cost me 100.00 for a set off dhpp+ lepto, and a rabies would have cost me 25.00 back home?
